Tribute to former MP

Dear Sir,

I would like to pay tribute to the late Ken Hargreaves, former MP of Hyndburn between 1983 and 1992 who tragically passed away last weekend.

Ken was truly a man of conviction who was never afraid to stand up for his Catholic faith and fought hard for what he believed in. He will long be remembered as a tireless pro-life campaigner fighting against abortion, a cause that is very dear to me.

Lancashire and the entire political landscape have lost a courageous former MP, who was highly respected by those of all political persuasions.
