Labour’s immigration betrayal

Paul Nuttall accuses Labour of betrayal on immigration

UKIP leader Paul Nuttall said:”Labour has betrayed millions of British families on immigration. It was Labour that threw open our jobs market to millions of Eastern Europeans with no transitional controls at all.

“What Jeremy Corbyn is committing himself to today is not even worthy of the term ‘sticking plaster’. For him to think stopping a few online job ads is going to have any real impact on the movement of people from the low wage economies of Eastern Europe is a joke.  Continue reading Labour’s immigration betrayal

Christmas message 2016

A Christmas message from UKIP Leader Paul Nuttall MEP

A tumultuous year in politics is almost at an end. This year the British people decided to change the course their country was set on. They chose a new path, writes UKIP Leader Paul Nuttall MEP.

By a narrow but decisive majority, they opted to take back control of key decision-making. They decided that European political integration and indeed the whole era of globalisation had gone too far, hollowing-out their democracy and leaving most of them worse off both financially and in terms of the cohesion of their communities.  Continue reading Christmas message 2016

Paul Nuttall elected UKIP Leader

Winning a comprehensive victory, Paul announced: “The country needs a strong UKIP more than ever before. If UKIP is to be an electoral force, there will be an impetus on Theresa May and her government to give us a real Brexit.

Paul becomes the ninth leader of the Party since its formation in 1993.

JULY 9, 2016

UKIP Deputy Leader Paul Nuttall, MEP for the North West of England, has today announced he will not be entering the UKIP leadership race.
Mr Nuttall, speaking at the UKIP North West conference in Liverpool today, said: “I have been at the forefront of the campaign to leave the European Union for a decade now, and I believe I can step aside with my objective achieved and my head held high.

“I would like to thank all of those who have supported UKIP over the years and who will continue to do so.
“I will stay in my role as deputy leader of the party until our national conference, when I will stand down from that role.
“I will however remain leader of the UKIP delegation of MEPs in the European Parliament so that I can continue to hold the Government’s feet to the fire during the Brexit negotiations.”
